The peaceful 'Bosque Encatado' site is nestled on a forest hillside and features 5 large colonial-style villas (85 m2/840 sqft.) for rent, each villa offers a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, plus a bedroom with large bathroom and hot shower, terraces, fans (air conditioning is not needed, as a cooling breeze continueously graces the hillside), and lock-up closets. The rooms are lovely decorated.
The Spa area offers three treatment rooms and a men and women's full bathroom plus a great terrace area around the front of the spa. If you are looking to rent out rooms instead of running a spa, the three treatment rooms can be turned into smaller single rooms.
A magnificent Rancho high upon pillars stands out over the terrain below and affords a stunning roofed open air site for gatherings, Yoga and other workshops and classes. The Rancho also features a cooking bar area for entertainment and preparation of groups meals.
The center already has run various retreats.
The two pools and Jacuzzi are on the same level as the rancho and allow you to be in a natural amphit-theater of mountains, hills, Pacific Ocean and jungle sounds.
There is a guard house with living quarters, a gate that locks at night, and total privacy. The building is brand new and ready for total occupancy.
The premise also include a large laundry room, phone and internet and a large bodega.
The site is loaded with gorgeous landscaping and lots of fruit trees. Wonderful rushing water sounds can be heard all thru the rainy season. In the dry season this river provides totally private waterfalls and pools to transcend, trails lead thru the jungle around the villas.
Medical Recovery
The spa is currently setup for secondary healing and recovery from surgery. It has been utilized to accelerate healing with special treatments that include relaxation, breathing training, massage, electro micro current and infrared. There are two nurses and an on-call internist aesthetic specialty doctor. This is jungle vitality at its fullest and makes this a place of incredible healing and energy rebuilding. As well already established are all kind of tour arrangements.
In the very near future as this area grows (the up and coming south Pacific Coast), this center is perfectly located. Forty five minutes to the north is Dominical, 20 minutes south is Palmar Sur and the Airport, the Peninsula de Osa is close by. The coastline has nine gorgeous beaches and the location is surrounded by the Costeņa Mountains. |
